Hi guys n gals

A few hours late, but here is October's screenshot thread ready for you to start posting your lovely er, screenshots! lol

Please ensure that you use thumbnails when linking to the larger image to help those of us with slow connections. An example of the code needed is below (courtesy of omns!). Most image hosting sites will automatically generate this for you as well.

Nothing special. Took this scrot a couple of days ago, but didn't post since it looked sorta.... dirty.
Has grown on me quite a bit since, so what the heck......

Simple Ratpoison setup, but I'm using dvtm instead of the WM's tiling here.

October desktop on the Wind U100. New colors based on a vinyl cover called Mikado, which is program music from Romantic Period. New window decor for fvwm called Instamatic, like the pic big_smile . Billboard is running the mini font from figlet. I'm still tweaking gtk and icons which I'll post later.

Good, clean setup. I'm loving these light colored themes. It's been since last year on my old account that I did one, other than my blackwhite redux with duke on the couch. It was kinda light but still lots of black, since it was a reinterpretation of lyraes. Mostly was inspired by aaro's pimp lounge. Keep rockin it man!

I'm loving your enthusiasm in this thread. Very kewl. One thing Bex, and it goes back to even when OMNS was doing it. Could yall start posting the BB code as a snippet instead of image? I think this would help out a lot of the new comers. Too maybe even endorse the usage of omploader.org since it does the bbc code for you, might help out with the thumbnail issue at a small percentage. Anyways, just some thoughts from an old Marshall.
