What would an Artwork and Screenshot forum be without a Desktop screenshot thread?
I'll kick things off. Looks pretty much like the default in style except for my Crunchbang Stripes wallpaper, my own conky of course, some applets and a different icon them (Smokikon).
N.B. These threads always work best when only thumbnails that lead a larger image are used.

I prefer Tint and Trayer. I haven't found a panel that would work exactly the way I want and because I don't know how to make own this combination is best for me.

Hi everyone, started using #! today and i must say that i am impressed, very fast, very hackable and very sexy!! here's a wee screenshot of my box (Packard Bell EasyNote MV35 - running Ubuntu 8.10/#!CRUNCHBANG LINUX) Iconswere hacked onto the desktop by adding a transparent panel on the left and adding application launchers for each item with a space between each, resizied the panel to achieve the right icon dimensions, not pretty but it works! icture is "Futurekill" By H.R. What panel are you using for the icons, machina?
For the time being, this is my desk. A simple tint2 on the top, and nothing else. I didn't even changed the menu XD
What you can't see at the pic is dmenu on the bottom and docker at the right side.
I had a conky config at the bottom, but it wasnt that usefull for me.

I right clicked on bottom panel "Create new panel" and placed it on the left of the desktop, right click on the new panel, "add/remove panel items, "add" applicationlaunch bar. edit "application launch bar" with your favourite apps and thats it! good luck
