Hi,

First I've to say that I'm french so forgive me for the mistakes and misanderstandings to come ...

A fast presentation:
I'm 27 and I live in Paris.
I work for an IT Service Company.
I'm a Soul Music lover (especially Stax and Atlantic) and I play Bass guitar.

It makes more than 2 years I hadn't installed a Linux Desktop OS...
My last attempt was a Fedora 7 ...

The need has come back one week ago.

And I choose to install #! yesterday in the morning.

After 3 hours my desktop looks like that :

I work on this since this morning (I'm also a 24 fan) :

And I've 2 problems :

First, with terminator as wallpaper.
I've made update yesterday and since, there is a sort of blue and red icon above the "invite of command".

Second, on the screenshot, countries in yellow are icons. I've used idesk for this.
But sometimes icons are at the foreground like this :

I'm still searching but if someone knows about this.

Your English is fine ... not to worry.

I like the yellow cab and what you have done with incorporating the colour 'yellow' into the theme, tint2 and the Conky.

Really beautiful what you've done with your desktop.
-I don't even like the color yellow and it's just integrated so seamlessly that I have to love it.

I'm sorry that I can't help you with your problem, I just don't know enough to troubleshoot it; but I hope you get it fixed soon and I'd just like to welcome you to the forums.
