Adapt fonts into keyboard layout?

Hello,

My recent hobby has been conlanging. When I create scripts for the language, I simply just make and install a font, is there any way (possibly by installing it as a language keyboard layout) I can be able to type it outside a word processor (like Wikia for giving examples of the script)?
