more control over the dock

hi, how can i have control(chnaging/removin) over my dock, especially the watch/date etc?

it's not part of the dock, isn't it? cause it isn't part of the GUI tool

Dock? Do you mean the panel at the bottom? Thats called tint2 and you can edit its settings by going to:

Openbox menu > Preferences > tint2 Panel Config > Edit config file.
