I've uninstalled xscreensaver. Any way to enable slock after system wake?

i have uninstalled xscreensaver, and i know slock, a simple suckless screenlocker.
do you mean you want your system in a locked state, after awaking from suspend/hibernate?
what are you trying to achieve?

Anyone? I just need slock to work when waking up from sleep..

you have to find out what happens inside your machine when it wakes up. i'm sure a simple command "slock" can be inserted there somewhere.
