Hello, world!

Hi everyone,

I live in sunny California, which is ironic, because I prefer the
great indoors.

I'm currently entering my final year of my undergraduate studies
where I'm pursuing degrees in applied mathematics and computer science.
If my terrible joke didn't already give it away, I love to program,
particularly in c++, but I dabble in python and objective c as well. I work
at a company that does satellite communications testing, so almost
everything I do at work is c++, or some shell scripting.

I've been using linux for about four years, but I feel that I'm just
starting to really understand the more advanced concepts. I'm currently
working through a shell scripting book to improve in that area. I'd
also like to learn more about customization with things like conkyrc
and the like. I've been using crunchbang for over a year now; I started
with 10 Statler but have been recently using Waldorf. My current
machine is a samsung series 5 ultrabook and #! is just stupid
quick on it. The thing I love about #! is that it gets out of my way,
which is incredibly valuable when I'm on a coding deadline.

That is already far too much talking, but if anyone would like
to talk about coding, math, or star wars, feel free to pm me.
