I installed Crunchbang Waldorf on my T60 thinkpad a few days ago and I'm really liking it. I'm a long-time linux user, and currently my systems (and other system I maintain) are running various versions of Slackware and Debian. I previously had Linux Mint 9 LXDE installed on my laptop, and I tried the Linux Mint Debian edition before installing Crunchbang. I hated it ;D
With crunchbang I had some problems playing mp3 audio with Exaile. That turned out to be because I did not have gstreamer ugly plugins installed, and Exaile just told me that I'm missing a gstreamer plugin, without specifying which plugin I should have had. That's all fixed now, and I've done some tuning for my user interface also. Still some things to be done, but it's coming nicely.
I'll probably be posting some questions on these forums in the days/weeks to come, so I look forward to interacting with you guys.
Until the next time this is alienDog signing out
