Old historic CB distros.

Hi!
I can't find links to older CB distros.
Missed the links. I'm pretty sure I got my eyes on ones the other day but forget to paste it.
Could anyone repost downloadlinks of those historic artifacts, please.:)

Re: Old historic CB distros.

You can probably find them with your favorite torrent tracker, but I'm not sure anyone will be seeding.

OK, now that we know where to find them, I have the nagging question...   Why?

I wondered this too. None of these are supported.

Re: Old historic CB distros.

^ Actually I was more curious about the OP's interest than in why they're available. Although since the OP calls them "historic artifacts" I hope I can  assume he's not going to install them and try to use them wink

Re: Old historic CB distros.

Oh the old builds still have value! It was possible to upgrade from 8.04 to 11.04 IIRC -- but it was a PITA, changing the sources.list and doing a full upgrade every time, rebooting, fixing things, removing certain packages... but it did work (until my netbook ran out of space during a dist-upgrade) big_smile

Re: Old historic CB distros.

9.04 was my favorite. 8.10 Lite was interesting, IIRC that's the one where Philip experimented with making the Lite edition actually different from the regular (lightweight browser and so forth).

Never realized there was a 7.10... that was before my time here!
