[solved] stock repository list for #! ?

i guess i shouldn't be so insane about changing things on an os i'm just getting used to - but i messed up the repository list and i wonder if anyone could drop me it in text? i checked the live cd.. but i don't wanna reinstall and lose everything so far for the list...

i had destroyed my proper list trying to figure out how to update lmms to 0.4.3 and, eventually, thanks to being able to delete stuff from the repo list until it worked, i got around to achieving that goal. i had to do something with a key from a "ppa" and whatever, it worked out. the main problem was a couple entries i had i didn't load keys for... so now it seems to be fixed...  can't believe this OS is working so sweet on this ancient machine.... 1ghz athlon,   256mb ram,  20 gig hd... HAHAHAHA!! thanks again.
