I am forever trying new breakfasts.
Currently, I am trying to eat more protein and less carbs.
So it's Soya nuts and yoghurt for breakfast.
Of course with a cup of coffee
What do you have?

My breakfast monday - friday is strong coffee and toast, but on saturday and sunday i do bacon and eggs to help with the hangover, and switch from coffee to earl grey tea, as the tea goes really well with smoked bacon.

^^
I have an occasional soirée into toast and coffee but bread bloats me.
^
I like that you plan for hangover days!
Don't tell anyone but I like an occasional Earl Grey too.

I used to be a veggie (20 years) but now I occasionally eat fish. I am prone to anaemia so I try and keep my iron up.
I would rather be veggie though.

I don't differentiate food types between meals very much. I'll have eggs and veggies for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Sometimes on a light exercise day a morning meal is just a few handfuls of nuts and some dried or fresh fruit. Other days I'll have leftovers from dinner the night before, which means some meat or fish and plenty of vegetables. One my favorites is a bowl of salad greens topped off with either freshly cooked eggs or chopped up leftovers from last night.
This morning I had fresh spinach, leftover roast pork, and some leftover homemade salsa all in a salad bowl, with a small side of some delicious blaukraut with bacon.

My sister is anemic, she thinks i am to, but i dont go to the doctors for anything so i dont know for sure.
She keeps trying to convince me to eat this cereal made up of various types of nuts, but it doesnt taste to great despite the apparent health benefits.

Go to the doc and get your blood checked then. Listen to your sister!
You don't have to eat nut cereal, you just need occasional red meat and some green stuffs.

Coffee and cereal (raisin bran mostly)

Bran, how do you tolerate that stuff?
I sometimes buy it in a bid to be healthy and then leave it at the back of the cupboard.

^ has raisins and I add some sugar, not bad. They also have a kind with some granola in it.

^ I see
This is where I am going wrong. I never add sugar to anything, ever. So if it doesn't taste nice without then I can't eat it.

The good news is that everything bran can do fresh veggies can do better! So eat some kale, chard, or collard greens instead... no sugar required.
BTW Raisin Bran Crunch is tied only with Cinnamon Toast Crunch for the best cereal of all time. Makes for a great dessert on top of vanilla ice cream.

I prefer a fried breakfast. Bacon, egg, beans, toast, tomato. Occasionally black pudding or vegetarians who don't run away in time.
I usually have coffee and orange juice with it.
LEGO won't be ready for the average user until it comes pre-assembled, in a single unified look, and glued together so it doesn't come apart.

i have toast or pain au chocolat, with a couple o' coffees...
weekends - the kids normally help me make pancakes. lemon and sugar, or honey/jam or nutella,
occasionally a fry up/brunch if its been a heavy night...
