Chinese & Korean. Any help/advice/pointers will be welcomed. Anyways, I have
been floating around in Linux for the past 5 years now, particularly Crunchbang.
Scanning the forums looking for good ideas that I could implement on my own system.

hey nekomata,
have some long days and pleasant nights here in the forum.
I started learning korean here
http://www.koreanwikiproject.com/wiki/i … rn_hangeul
and here
http://www.talktomeinkorean.com/
I didn't get far due to the lack of motivation and a use case for korean.
But the material is very good I think.
how do you learn korean? or the other languages ...
Nothing 'real' is solid.

After one nights slumber I awake to 5 reply’s for my reading pleasure. Thanks you guys for the welcoming comity and making me feel right at home.
1st reply* That series and all it’s spin offs had some fantastic artwork and good character design’s. Made me want to get a PS2.
2nd reply* Thanks for the welcome. The implementation goes well with a awesome tint2rc provided by slavssn in this month’s screenshot thread.
3rd reply* Thanks for the handy links, I’ll be sure to check those out. As for learning I look for either books or in the case of Japanese and Korean I get Pic’s of there alphabet and study those and then move on to online or book material. Hoping to take classes here soon. Programs like gjiten & gwaei help for Japanese and I wish there was something like that for Korean and Chinese.
4th reply* Feels good to finally make an account and be apart of this community.
5th reply* Thank you for your welcome.
