If the software is set up right, and the drivers fit the hardware, and it still doesn't work as expected big_smile

From what you can see on the forums support section, the hardware is in 99% of the cases okay.

Firstly take a look in the dmesg (or /var/log/ folder) and check the logs.

There are diagnostic programs to check hardware for failure - sometimes built into BIOS. The Ultimate Boot CD or UBCD has a number of applications for troubleshooting hardware related issues.
