I did my standard daily dist-upgrade on my waldorf install. It was the kernel patch update on the 20th of May.
Now Evolution gives me a segmentation fault when I try to launch it. Zsnes also does not launch. Instead it complains that it cannot set the video mode.
I can throw up any info requested. Just give me a command and I'll throw the output between some code tags. I cannot, for the life of me figure what to post but for the following.
Uname -a

This may or may not be related to your problem, but I know that when I dist-upgraded yesterday it updated xorg to 1.12, and the fglrx-driver stuff isn't compatible with that so fglrx was removed. It sounds like the "fix" when this happened to Sid was to install xserver-xorg-whatever-stuff from Wheezy. I guess now that it's in Wheezy the stuff from squeeze-backports should do the trick? Someone else would have to weigh in on that though (apt pinning is most certainly not one of my strong suits).
Apparently fglrx 12-5 will work with X 1.12, if the card is still supported, whenever it finally becomes available.
If you weren't using fglrx, well, then ignore everything above.

Nope, no fglrx as far as I know. Although I am not sure.

I can confirm evolution crashes - segmentation fault - after dist-upgrade on Waldorf. And it is related to GLX.
Here is the trace if anyone is interested:
