Thanks for the link.
There is a great german handbook on the net for ages already.
Debian Anwenderhandbuch
There is a google translate option at the top, but I never needed it and therefore can not judge it.

Can't be breaking Debian's rock hard stability by unfreezing features!

Jokes aside though, this book looks pretty rad. I was going to email my professor to suggest that he use this for classes instead of lame SUSE books but the school is in the process of switching to MS Exchange, and they are getting getting an early start with the downtime they will probably be experiencing on a regular basis from now on.

I browsed through yesterday, it's an extremely well written book. I might translate it to Croatian if I have the time.

Groupwise. The lead IT guy at the school is totally anti-open source after their programmer quit. He wants to move pretty much everything to a Cisco/Windows architecture. That way instead of having to hire programmers and admins with a moderate amount of intelligence, he just has to hire people that can understand tech support guys with foreign accents and use the difference in salaries to pay for all the licenses.

@El_K: How's your translation of War and Peace coming?

After downloading and perusing the pdf, I've got a hard copy on order from Lulu.
If corenominal pens a #! for dummies and/or #! customization guide, I'll be happy to support those as well.
While I'm complaining, I'm requesting a technical t-shirt from the #! shop. And a onesie for folks who bring a godforsaken argumentative Distrowatch commenter attitude to the #! forum.

This can also be found in the Testing-Wheezy repos as debian-handbook 6.0+20120509. I don't know if it's in either stable or unstable as I don't have either immediately available.
