appearance settings missing checkboxes? - Solved

Hey, been playing with the appearance settings menu, noticed that, while statler is fine, the others have an issue with checkboxes, both on the web and in the OS - there is no tick when you click them on or off, it just changes the shade a little. Anyone else have this, or just me?

Best

Anna

Re: appearance settings missing checkboxes? - Solved

Many of the themes included in CrunchBang (Most of which, I'm sure, are simply included as dependencies for their respective theme engines) use the thinice and Industrial engines, which represent checkboxes as 3D pushbuttons - when you check the box, its beveling *and* shade change so that it looks like it's recessed.  I don't really care for this either.

You'll note that the redmond95 and Murrine engines do display checkmarks...
