September 2011 Screenshot Thread

Well what can I say. 1000+ in August cool Actually it doesn't need much more than that. You guys are amazing smile

Even though I'm having a little hiatus from Linux projects at the moment I think I'll still have to find time to pop in once a month and kick these magnificent threads off.

Great work everyone, I'm really looking forward to seeing what you get up to in September big_smile

An example of the code needed is below. Most image hosting sites will automatically generate this for you as well. I've been using postimage.org lately which does a nice job.

@senior Galbraith

Glad too see you're still Modding ole wizard of oz.  Though we all remember that sweet month mama nominal modded it a while back.  What you think about that lion linnen wall dude?  I just love those micro textures.

Edit:  on a bit of hiatus myself.  Android only.  Gonna climb mount Lassen on Sunday and watch the sunset.  Maybe the Nikon d3000 will make the pilgrimage too for some more floss photography.

Don't normally go for a pure #000000 BG, but the palette sort of demanded it.

Here's mine for August.  Same as previous months.  I'm looking at a bug with focus handling in FVWM:

Nice one! That transparency is the only thing I miss from GTK2/3

Re: September 2011 Screenshot Thread

Except for the wall, I can't bring myself to change anything... Hasn't happened before. Seems like #! is just about perfect to me as it is right now, everything is how I want it... I'm still interested in KDE, but not so much to switch, and so far I haven't found a KDE distro that didn't have bugs anyway. I still have one or two that I want to try though, but I'm not too optimistic.

Re: September 2011 Screenshot Thread

@Gslob - Nice colors, so "neon-mellow".

@S11 - Nice new setup you got there.  Sort of a steampunk deal.

@Hhh - Simply gorgeous.

@Muzieca - Great wallpaper.  The clock color bothers me though...lol, I'll get over it.  Actually is it possible to change the color.  What clock is that?
