I recently installed the latest version of CrunchBang, and I am having a few problems. For one thing, I am on a Live session right now, running off of my install disc. When booting off of the MBR, I simply get a blinking underscore on a black screen. I can switch to the hard drive with CrunchBang on it, and boot into that. That works fine... until the graphics fail(?). I get a very rapid stream of text, which references my graphics card. (Radeon HD 5770).
Not sure what to do... Someone got any ideas?
(Side note: My keyboard is also not American English. The keys do not reflect what they should when typed. Whats up with that?)

Not sure, but if your live seesion works, a not corrupted installation should work, too. Are you sure, you installed properly? Manual partitioning should leave some free MBs for grub to install in the MBR of sda (or whatever your boot disk is).
Keyboard layout: within live session you may change from british to us, german and france by clicking on the "gb" square in the status bar.
while installing you may choose from a wide variety.

Hello,
in the live session, mount the hard drive in the file manager, then open a terminal:
1) enter
cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf and copy&paste the output here (use [ code ] brackets)
if you don't have this file, proceed with Step 3)
2) enter
cat /var/log/Xorg.0.logand copy&paste the output here
3) as next run
dmesg | tailand also copy&paste the output here
