[SOLVED] HELP !! Jokosher & encoding plugin, mp3

I have a prog that i use on other distros and never had issues with it i am on statler and using openbox, the program works fine until i try to export (mix down) to MP3 this is the error i am getting.

An error occured while running the mixdown action: Export File
An encoding plugin could not be found: no element "audio".
Please make sure all the plugins required for the specified format are installed.

Ok so everything was there from when i had tried to fix this before, BUT the problem was in jokosher if you had a profile saved DELETE it and make a new one for MP3
