CrunchBang Linux

Hey Guys

I am new to the linux world (I think ever install question begins with this) and I would love to use CrunchBang. I understand how to install it from a USB to my eeePC 1000. However what I am having trouble with is figuring out how to install the .iso on the USB from a Mac. The instructions call for a piece of software that does not work on Mac and I do not have a partition on my Mac for windows to run this software. So I am wondering if maybe you can help me? All I need to know is how to create the USB on a Mac, from there I should be fine (hopefully)

ps. I love the support I have seen in this forum and other Linux forums, I am already happy that I chose a linux eee over the windows model.
