CrunchBang Linux

Hey, if you're in the terminal and you use screen, crunchbang lists the windows at the bottom, and has a pretty nice layout!

I was wondering how i add this to regular ubuntu, as i am currently using that on one of my systems and cant change it.  Is it a package download or??? Im not sure where to start with that
