Was wondering what will happen to Crunchbang if lubuntu goes online, cause both seems rather similar

Just installed CrunchBang and need to change the colour of Firefox fox from the black/grey to something lighter due to eye problem.
Tried install new theme but unable to solve the "problem"
Also, on CrunchBang startup, there is a very nice sound played.
Any idea which sound file is this ?
