CrunchBang Linux

For reasons that don't matter, I intend to run Windows XP SP3 through VirtualBox in #!.  How might I go about creating virtual drives and mounting the Windows .ISO for VirtualBox to boot from it?  I'd rather not go through the trouble of booting Windows from a pen drive and the DVD reader on the machine I'll be using is crapped out.
