Did you check the md5sum after downloading?

Just did, it matched perfectly fine.

Also gonna try it with letting it 5-10 more mins in.

I am also  installing from a PSP via USB Mode, but that shouldn't cause any problems.

says that

'isolinux.bin is missing or corrupted'
and windows says I need to format the drive before using it.

I am atm redonwloading the ISO.

Edit: Nope, doesn't work either.

Edit 2: I tried it via dd and got the same result.

I am trying since 2 days to install Crunchbang 11 from a USB Drive with no success. The installer detects no CDROM, I fixed that with mounting my drive and making a Junction from /cdrom:

mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt
rm -r cdrom/
ln -s /mnt /cdrom

I somehow got it to install, but It couldn't configure either GRUB or LILO.

I tried making the USB Stick with Universal USB Installer and UNetBootin.
