CrunchBang Linux

I looked through some posts and read a tint2 layout guide, but could not figure out how to do what I am looking for. I would like to be able to right click on application icons and get the same menu as I do right clicking on the openbox bar at the top of applications (send to desktop, layer, restore, ...). If there is anyone out there who know how to do this please share your knowledge.
