Ooo, I'll have to check out tiny menu.
I found a nifty firefox extension for those of us running #! (or any OS with firefox support really) on our netbooks. It's called meerkat, and it simply streamlines the navigation bar a little, and disappears the status bar when there is no information available.
Check it out here
Personally I kind of wish the bookmarks were handled a little differently. Mebbe I should get in there myself.
HI! I'm brand new to #!, and this is my first real run with Ubuntu, or any Ubuntu based Linux.
I started with Red Hat 5.0 (I think I still have the discs somewhere), moved to SuSE 6.1, then OSX for a long time (made me lazy). Gentoo, and a derivative or two of that, and lastly Fedora some darn number. Then just Vista for a while.
I got an ASUS 1005HA recently. I put Crunchbang 9.04 Lite on it this morning. I'm really looking forward to lurking here.
nm, got the .deb, I think I can take it from here.
Okay, sorry to pester you guys with this. How did you get LAN working in #! lite with no gcc installed?
Oh new user btw, Hi!
