Greetings 'migos!

Im a little confused as to what exactly is controlling the interface for crunchbang. And I say this because I have recently installed a theme, a pretty nice one btw, and the only thing that changed was the top part of all my windows (where u minimize/close/etc..) and the menu when u right-click on the desktop. I have to then go to "settings" on the main menu, and bring up "user interface settings" to change the rest of the window (everything below the top part)...can someone clarify this for me..thanks
