Hey gang.

I thought I would update this in case others attempt to follow along. I have thus far managed to install Plymouth and the old script theme on my HP Mini with Intel graphics. However, when installed, Plymouth drops me at the TTY login prompt, instead of starting SLIM. This is a wee bit frustrating. What broke?

I've taken Plymouth out, and the boot process is once again stock. Anyone know what I missed or come across this problem before?

I have the same problem.
And slim is started if to apply the theme "text".

Hello!

I established bumblebee here according to this instruction: http://suwako.nomanga.net/ (package for sid and wheezy)
64-bit application start and work normal, but i386 gives out a mistake during start

$ optirun virtualbox
ERROR: ld.so: object 'libdlfaker.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded: ignored.
ERROR: ld.so: object 'librrfaker.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded: ignored.

I installed i386 libs virtualgl, but it had no effect.

$ dpkg -l|grep virtualgl
ii virtualgl 2.3.80-1 amd64 Toolkit for displaying OpenGL applications to thin clients
ii virtualgl-libs:amd64 2.3.80-1 amd64 Library files for virtualgl

$ locate libdlfaker.so
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libdlfaker.so
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdlfaker.so
$ locate librrfaker.so
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/librrfaker.so
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librrfaker.so
$ cat /etc/ld.so.conf.d/i486-linux-gnu.conf
# Multiarch support
/lib/i386-linux-gnu
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu
/lib/i486-linux-gnu
/usr/lib/i486-linux-gnu

what the hell it is necessary for it?
