I'm sure it has been posted before, but I couldn't find a workable solution on the forum yet. I cannot seem to prevent screen from fading / sleeping when playing video. The options in media player preferences don't help, and when I try to install caffeine (both deb and tar.bz) it won't start... What to do, what to do?

Hey, guys! I'm pretty new to Linux, but I've recently come across this nice simple bootsplash on another distro: fbsplash (http://fbsplash.alanhaggai.org/) Has anyone tried to install it on Crunch?
