Crunchbang is my first Linux installation. Incredibly easy, and super fast.... it's like I have a new computer!
I'm so grateful for all your hard work (everyone).

I'm using a Dell Insiprion 6000 laptop. My problem is that it recognizes that there is a wireless network... even asks for my password... (and I do know my password!) but... then it doesn't accept it so I can get on our home network.  It just says "Authentication required by wireless network" and then it lists some crazy long password (not at all what I typed in). It doesn't work with that password or if I retype my real password over top of that password.

So... I guess this is a known problem and probably not me (I thought it was me). It's not me, right?

Other than waiting for a release of 9.04 is there another way I could get my wireless to work? Downloading a specific update or something?
(I would need pretty newbie instructions.. I'm bright enough for martian transvestite raised by ducks... in Dubai...  but not a Linux expert)

If that's not possible, is there another Linux install you'd recommend to try in the meantime?
Thank you!
-Ron
