I an not very good with Linux, I don't know BASH very well yet. I am a network engineer for a media company and a lot of our web servers are Linux based so I thought I would start using Linux more often. On work servers I know where to go and what to type in to grep my logs. But I want to know what I am doing instead of reading an article by the fella who was in my spot before me. besides I currently do it in putty, I want to learn how to do it in terminal. I know Ubuntu, slackware, but I get caught up in in installing just GUI applications stuff I really need to learn the command line. In pops crunchbang!
I like the simpleness of it. I'll take it. I run it at work in a virtual-box over a win 7 environment.
So my apologies in advance. if I seem like a complete iD10T sometimes. I simply am. please bare with me.
The good think about gaining myself as a patron of this distro is that I will put a lot of hours helping in any way I possibly can. I am now a member of this forum so expect to see me around.
