Well it's my only system on two of five personal devices (one notebook and one PC, not installed on the others), on my employers laptop it rates a VM and on the clients laptop it stays a dream.

Re: Do you use CrunchBang?

I use CrunchBang ;
    [x] As the main system for new installations
    [x] original source.list (with possible additions)
    [ ] with original source.list edited to use testing (with possible additions, less waldorf repos)
    [ ] with original source.list edited to use sid (with possible additions, less waldorf repos)
    [ ] with altered sources.list to upgrade to debian jessie, keeping the crunhcbang theme / settings.

    CrunchBang is my ;
    [x] only system on my own machines
    [x] primary - dual boot on one test laptop which still has XP due to older Win only tools I need
    [ ] not my primary - dual boots

    CrunchBang also runs on ;
    [x] a second machine
    [x] a Raspberry Pi - Super-Nathan's awesome PiBang. Someone pick it up already!!!! lol
    [x] I'm seriously considering replacing my worklaptop's W7 with #! and running the company official OS on a VM tongue

EDIT:

kfreeBSD - dang gotta have a look at that. Jails sounds very interesting after a quick peek.

Nahh, it's not forbidden, just takes quite a bit of tinkering until everything's set. There's always been a geek or two in the team who make the leap. I've been actually considering that for a while now, just haven't found a distro to my taste until now smile
