Hello #! forum

Hi all, I'm not actually new to Crunchbang, but I've never posted on the forum so my account keeps getting deleted.

Anyway, I'm a grad student interested in biomedical signal processing for non-invasive control of computer interfaces and hardware devices (think powered prosthesis, wheelchair control, or just a USB mouse for the severely paralyzed). I do quite a bit of prototype software development, and there's no way I could be as productive as I am without a nice out-of-the-way distribution such as Crunchbang. Though, I will admit to sinking way too much of my limited spare time into configuration...
