Cinelerra is a video editor, but not how to install it. In the repositories of #! it is not. Hope you can help me.

I tested them "all" at some point in time and imho the only one that was remotely usefull was kdenlive.

I just added the deb-multimedia packages for debian wheezy, make sure first before apt-get update and upgrade that you first install the deb-multimedia-keyring, then you can update and cinelerra is in the repos you can apt-get it from there.
