[SOLVED] The mysterious top left dot

OK, I guess the answer is really simple, and probably just in front of me - but I cannot see or find it!

What's the one-dot-symbol on the top left of each window for? When I click it it changes to a cross-pattern, and back with another click - nothing else seems to happen...

I searched this forum, openbox wiki and google with several keywords but couldn't find the answer...

It makes the window visible on all workspaces/desktops.
