Good, clean setup. I'm loving these light colored themes. It's been since last year on my old account that I did one, other than my blackwhite redux with duke on the couch. It was kinda light but still lots of black, since it was a reinterpretation of lyraes. Mostly was inspired by aaro's pimp lounge. Keep rockin it man!

Do you love that intro for the opening song or for the composition? I find both gorgeous...paranoid android

All the stuff on screen are just regular CLI apps (most are available in regular distro repos).... or did I misunderstand your statement? o_O

The October desktop if finally coming together for this ole' marshall. I started off with the new Mikado colors. Then created a new dark flat gtk+ theme for the icon set gattasorobu so kindly made. Then made a new pixel tatami .xpm tile. (anyone who wants it just ask) The tatami is made entirely out of 1px brush in GIMP using Mikado colors so naturally it complements. Got the ole' Japanese True Grit poster, hued and saturated it just a tad. Fonts are ProFont size 8 or 11px.

Glad you like the true vertical window decors. Yeah, it's all about productivity for my netbook. Actually, I got the idea from you in a very old screenshot. I did the center screenshot for you so you could see how efficient the vertical window decor is at full screen. Anyways, if you want the new theme send me an email. Yes, it's all very retro. I've been reading tons of 60's LIFE magazine lately. Thanks for the darkroasted site by the way.

Yeah the radiohead is good of course. I do absolutely adore that Remy Zero cover. Probably, way more than the Paranoid Android outro. It's just the way they do it compared to the version on "Golden Hum". It's almost got a mellowdrone sound too. Keep it pumpin dude. ~

Two words man. "Dome Hit" The new setup was a major dome hit. But out of the ache-age, i'm enjoying a great new desktop for the Halloween month. I went ahead and desaturated *color3 to #bf7a29 so you can change that in the .Xdefaults I sent ya. Dropped *color11 on tint2 clock like you reccommended. Those icons look so good with the new gtkrc. Absolutely love the feel, it's like that ole screenshot we were discussing but with out the pixmap in gtkrc.
