Settings doesn't stick.

Hi,

I'm new to this end of the Linux world, so bear with me.

Settings such as the toolbar width in evolution, usernames, toolbar width and maximized/minimized in xchat doesn't stick After reboot. I don't know if i need to do something active before those kinds of settings will remain ... you tell me.

Regards,
Chrisookwood

Re: Settings doesn't stick.

Did you install crunchbang or do you use it as a liveCD?
If you're using it as a liveCD don't expect your settings restored but if you installed it, that's a problem..

eeepc-901 crunchbang with eeepc-kernel 2.6.27-8-eeepc

Re: Settings doesn't stick.

I have it installed and set up for use on my Eee pc. Wonderful distro for eee use, since it's so lite, but still feature filled!
