Prompted by Philip re-discovering his old comic collection today, it got me wondering what our users favourite comic and cartoon character was/is?
For me, my favourite comic was and still is The Beano.
My favourite cartoon character is a toss-up between Roadrunner and Hong Kong Fooey - they don't make cartoons like that anymore!

The old Rocky and Bullwinkle with "Fractured Fairy Tales" and "Mr. Wizard".
For recent stuff, I still like Futurama.

I would have to say mine would be a toss up between X-Mens, Wolverine and Gambit. Wolverine for his sheer will power and no matter what happens he will NEVER give up and of course that attitude! Gambit because well he is very charismatic and well he uses a deck of cards as a weapon, everyone knows i love the Ace of Spades!

For cartoons I like Scooby-Doo.

Without a doubt, Groo the Wanderer!

I'm a fan of Aqua Teen Hunger Force. I used to have our household computers named after the characters. My wife didn't understand why her computer was called Meatwad.

Definitely Deadpool, he's always been my favourite in the comic-world because while superman and batman and ilk try to be the paragons of justice and are very serious, batman for example very moody, Deadpool takes a very light approach. I've always loved that I could read a comic book and find it chalked full of humour, and violence, and fantastic art. To me, the Deadpool series has always had the same qualities as any other comic, but with a light fluffly layer of fun on top.
Now, if we're talking american cartoons, I'm going to have to go with Ren and Stimpy.
And if we wanna stretch it to Anime, Witch Hunter Robin is my favourite.
