Some nice imaginative layouts in November. Good stuff all around - keep it up!
As always for December and any other place one uses images
- To help those of us with slow connections and the CrunchBang server bandwidth. Most image hosting sites will automatically generate thumbnail codes for you.
Of course use whatever service you wish, but please, get a thumbnail and use that or it will be changed by a moderator.
Avoid the large thumbnail www.imgur.com code, use the "medium" link thumbnail. An example of the code:
[url=http://imgur.com/your_image_code][img]http://i.imgur.com/your_image_codem.jpg[/img][/url]
Notice the m in your_image_codem.jpg in the IMG code block
Users have been using www.postimage.org lately which does a nice job and is Multi-lingual as well. Upload your image to the site and grab the Thumbnail for Forums (1) code.
Here is a generic piece of code if you need to create your own thumbnail:
[url=http://link.to.your.fullsized.image][img]http://link.to.your.thumbnail.image[/img][/url]
Please use the Report button to let moderators know of images that are too large. Thank you!

2nd but the first really doesn't count.
Would like to see that weather conky though. Is it one of Teo's scripts?
Simple - clean - awesome as always!

Thank you S11,
I think i posted the conky weather as minimal and a little large font but i am sure the settings like temp, lua, icons are dead on url link. If anyone have interest i can set again (updating the link).
The conky code is based on Conky-Harmattan so tweaked it with permission.

I wish it was December here -- I want to scrot!

^ so just do it
I remember years ago when omns would open the next month a day early -- I popped in and said
(to name a month)
Sector11 once said
but it's not "December" yet.
omns replied
it is here in New Zealand
If I wait until *midnight* here, someone in California or Hawaii will say ... But it's not December here!
and if I wait until tomorrow someone in New Zealand will say: Well, it's about time, it's 2 December now!
ya win some ya loose some.
EDIT: Consider it Time Travel!

@Sector11: A while back, I would try to start the monthly threads at midnight GMT. After all, CrunchBang is of British origin, and GMT is more or less considered "universal" time (well, with "universe" defined as this planet)...

@ pvsage - Midnight UTC, 21:00 (local), sounds good.
I just didn't want the same thing to happen as when I started the November thread and forgot to close the October thread. OOPS! :8

Another alternative is to start the new thread when you've been doing it and post a note in the old thread, then close the old one when midnight swings back around to the International Date Line.

@easysid - Well done; how is bspwm development coming along?
Thanks.
I like it. Found it easier to use than i3 or awesome. Quite stable, haven't yet had a single crash in almost a year of usage. But then, I use it just on my laptop; no multihead or external displays. Power users can shed more light on that front.
