Just conky, tint2, compton (beta version from git), bbar.py (own script), with few tweaks.

The panel is transparent, and compton blurs the behind of the panel, resulting in a glassy panel effect.

The bottom green line is the battery bar script I made, because the panel autohides.

@matcharles; it is a numix child icon set (basically I send the numix app icons throught black&white batch), never planned to share this, so its probably a bit rough;
