A "#!" paperweight! That would be neat to have on one's desk IRL

I like it.
How about gray and black ? Please.
There's a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people.

I like image #4 the best. What's with the artifact in images 3-6? It looks like a small human figure.

@KrunchTime; yeah, its a little person, should add "scale" .... and some sort of "communication" perhaps, nothing specific really.

yeah, i think i figured out some basic stuff about add/multiply nodes and render passes, but that doesn't mean I know how to filter/noise reduce some, there is always so much more with this Blender thingy, isn't it?

That's why I tend to do a lot of that stuff in GIMP - I render out different passes and open them as layers. For some reason I can't retain the knowledge to do everything with blender nodes, I keep sliding down the learning curve

I like them ... all!
The little "brontosaurusrex" should be in all of them, problem for me is it will be covered by a conky.
.. it's a perfect signature.
Love the green brontosaurusrex.

These are great. I opened the first in GIMP, desaturated it, turned down brightness all the way and added a touch of contrast...

Yeah, well, don't even know how would that "sad" swirl look like in 3d space? (Looks great in 2d imho)

I was just joking. I've never messed with blender but I imagine rendering the torn curves would be hard as hell.
I also didn't notice that this was an old thread, sorry I didn't compliment you on this earlier.

It is! I'm trying to be clever about it, making a mesh from an svg, but it looks like it will be easier to do the modelling manually

I started a thread in Artworks for Blender logos here - maybe we could collect our ideas there. What do you think?
