No problem, IMBeCil. (sorry of the late reply, my internet connection has been down)

@Alad - not sure if this will help but check this out gdipp out https://code.google.com/p/gdipp/ I'll keep an eye out if I find anything else that might be useful.

Sorry to hijack your thread Unia O:)
Do any of you guys and gals have any suggestions to either a free or open-source iso/cd/dvd burner? I've used imgburn in the past but it now includes opencandy malware in its installer sad

Cool stuff, especially the AltDrag app! I never thought I'd see that feature ported to windows. Totally bookmarked.

AltDrag is a lifesaver smile
Another program that might be of use - https://code.google.com/p/superf4/ this will kill any program processes that stop responding

Yes. That would be more feasible. After all, it's not like it takes anyone much effort to apt-get install or apt-get purge a couple basic things.

Yes, my thoughts exactly  cool

I would like, if Phillip is okay with the idea, community editions/respins similar to Manjaro.

Of course, since this is all Open Source, you can take #! & do whatever the hell you want to it, make a custom iso (like Ew did) & find some place to host it, if you want to do this that badly  big_smile

That is indeed true, I'm happy with crunchbang as it is, just a suggestion on the community editions smile

From what I've read, I'll echo the suggestion of having the default crunchbang and a version that lets the user install what applications to install. In addition I would like, if Phillip is okay with the idea, community editions/respins similar to Manjaro.

As in, choose what apps to install? That could be cool. In the spirit of minimalism, I wish Crunchbang would ship with Midori instead of Iceweasel. Maybe Luakit (my fav) or dwb, etc. I don't use Chromium, Chrome, Opera, Firefox, or Iceweasel, myself.

I don't know how much work all these scripts would be compared to offering a lite version for people that would prefer a more base system, but I don't want Phillip to be working on things that would become too much work for him to maintain.

AltDrag  for Windows - https://code.google.com/p/altdrag/

Much needed application that adds Linux-like resizing and moving of windows.

http://www.itsamples.com/taskbar-hider.html - Hides the taskbar

https://justgetflux.com/ - Similar to Redshift

http://www.stoicjoker.com/tclock/ - Customize the taskbar clock

http://3dcc.jote.eu/ - Allows more customization of classic themes
