Why not simply mug a pensioner now and treat yourself to a Macbook Pro? Let's face it, if CrunchBang is Philip's desktop then OS X is its most likely spiritual successor.

Are you serious? I can for - all nixers sake - find no possible universe where i would be able to
a) mug a pensioner
b) spend my hard earned money for ANY Apple product besides ...well a fresh red apple
c) replace CB by OSX

But for the post beforehand: I would recommend keeping BunsenLabs as close to CrunchBang as possible too. If the people around would have a desire to use something entirely different, the would have done so...

How about a real democratic decision using a third-party poll/survey tool like EasyPolls??

Hey folks!
I hope you won`t be annoyed damo but i tried to recreate the logo, because i didn`t like the bunsen-burner too much..

Great work so far!
I step in line for a place in the artwork-team, but it will take a while to adopt the bunsen-labs setting and get stuff going.
Thanks for bringing this up and keeping this great community alive!

Hello!

to be honest: I`ve never heard of anything like this before.. so I hope you don`t mind me asking. Have you checked your hardware (keyboard)? It sounds like a failure of [super]-key to me..
Is your keyboard working as expected besides this problem?

Does this only happen when hitting [super]+[...] ? If not try hitting [Alt]+[F2] and type:

geany ~/.config/openbox/rc.xml

or hit the menu -> Settings -> Openbox -> Edit rc.xml

the result should be geany opening up your openbox-config. There you can find a section called <keybinds> where all shortcuts are listed and somewhere around line 345 are the [super]+["open any application"] ones (where [super] is called "W".
For me it looks like this:

<keybind key="W-f">
      <action name="Execute">
        <startupnotify>
          <enabled>true</enabled>
          <name>thunar</name>
        </startupnotify>
        <command>thunar</command>
      </action>
    </keybind>
    <keybind key="W-t">

If not.. well I hope someone more knowledgeable is joining to help you out!

Hey there!

Since I won`t play no more and need no more wine, all 32-bit packages on this 64-bit mashine are obsolete as well.

In fact it`s just a little "Wow, this could have been much more elegant using [place solution]!"
