CrunchBang Linux 8.04.02 Screenshot - Video

A screenshot showing VLC playing a video file, the video was downloaded and converted with PyTube. By default, most video formats [including DVDs] can be played without the need to install any additional codecs.

    I can't seem to get dvds to play, it worked fine in ubuntu 8.04 but in crunchbang they don't play in any player. Other than that I love the distro. I hope this is an ok area to post this comment/question, if not you can delete it.

    @Altair: Hmm interesting. DVD playback works fine on my systems. What players have you tried? By default, Totem should start when a DVD is inserted.
