Hello all,
First off I just want to comment on what a fine configurable distro this is, and how orderly the #! site is.
I really like it.
Now for my question. I used sgfxi to install my propriety Nvidia driver. I first needed to blacklist my Nouveau driver all seems to have gone well. I also installed inxi and was able to check my graphics card.
Here is what I got.
Resuming in non X mode: glxinfo not found in path
Graphics: Card nVidia C61 [GeForce 6150SE nForce 430] X.org 1.7.7 Res: 80x25 Gfx Data: N/A out of X
When I check via gksu nvidia-settings I have a confirmed rendering of "YES"
How do I resume in X mode? Do I need to apt-get glxinfo I would like to fix "Res: 80x25 Gfx Data: N/A out of X" if at all possible.
I also would like to apologize if I overlooked the answer in the wiki or forum.
TIA
Dave

Hello folks,
Seems I may have found an answer to this one. As per this post in puppy:
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=53986
As per rokynji "glx renderer seems to be the only thing missing in Puppy to pick up the video card and chip.
everything else gets picked up. "
So I'm thinking this is a non-issue. Possibly a similar thing in #!
Dang my OCD!!
