hello,
I'd love to try #! but I am curious to know if I can install the last.fm player or vagalume (a last.fm type player). The vagalume one is lighter in size (I think) than the last.fm player.
Thanks!

Hi anlgp,
I am sure you will hear something official tomorrow, but #! is based off of Unbuntu and you should be able to install anything in the Unbuntu repo's I know the Last.fm player is there and works for 8.04.

Hi anlgp
Thank you for posting your question. I am an avid Last.fm user myself and I had not previously heard of Vagalume. I have just tried it out on a clean 8.10.01 installation and I am pleased to say it works
It looks like a really nice lightweight player, thanks.
Proof, in case you need it:

Thanks!
I'm glad you liked the Vagalume player. Anything I can do to make things lightweight.
.
I'll be apt-getting this then. I should've tried before I posted I suppose but I think since I introduced a piece of software it's not all bad, huh?
