Terminator as a wallpaper is great. Makes me use terminal apps more, and try to come up with creative aliases.
I love the look of Oblogout...

How did you get the oblogout that nice? Also, can anyone help me with the window menus? They're still black and white like default install.

oblogout has a configuration file which is located in /etc/oblogout.conf

gksudo gedit /etc/oblogout.conf

should bring that up. you can specify which buttons you want @ logout, shorcut keys for oblogout, and color/opacity of the logout overlay.
I wanted to change the spacing of the buttons as well, so i did that with

gksudo gedit /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/oblogout/oblogout.py

Line 95 looks like this...

self.buttonpanel.set_spacing(60)

The number in parentheses is the spacing in pixels. I think the default is like 20 or something.

By window menu's do you mean the drop down menus in application windows, or the Openbox menu itself?

I mean the application menus. But I think that it's something to do with the gtk theme? Because I changed that around and now they're much better. Thanks for helping!

wow!! this looks really nice.  i like the look of the lxpanel and the way you incorporated the 'frame' of the conky with your wallpaper (am I correct?).  it is late, and i am going to go to sleep soon, but tomorrow, im making my netbook look similar to this.

one question, what is the 'A1' in the lower right corner?
thanks,
dave.

The "A 1" are custom made icons for the LXPanel's "Keyboard LED Plugin" - Caps lock and Num Lock, both are inactive in the screenshot - they become black when they're acvtivated

I'm still working out the details. I figured out you can get todo.txt and calcurse to use the same todo file which makes adding and marking todo list items easy from command line, text editor or within calcurse. The only problem is that if you have autosave set in calcurse it will overwrite the todo list if you have modified it via todo.txt and not reloaded the file in calcurse.
