Ubuntu touch repository

I'm Plan to finally do a VM on my W8.1 pc (really tired to reboot every tiem i whant switch os) And I would like to know if I can use those Ubuntu repository to install ubuntu touch (for testing) With #! (With adb inside the VM)

this is the repository :
deb [dist-codename] main
deb-src [dist-codename] main

If i cant safely do it I'ill only install an ubuntu server (or another minimal install ) to do it

That's not suggested, but I think if you search the forums, others have either done it or can give you a better reason not to.
