Dropbox for another user

Here, by dropbox, I am referring to a special folder in Mac OS X.  You can drop any files into this dropbox folder belonging to another user of the computer.  You will however not be able to see the contents of this folder, just like you drop your assignments into the box behind the door of your professor.

So, my question: Is there a way to set up something like this in #! ?

Re: Dropbox for another user

something close to
(sudo) chmod 733 ./drop
(assuming drop was created by the receiving user)
however files writen there by another user can still be read by any "other" user, also overwritten (further active actions needed, something "smart" running as "receiving user".)
