I've settled on CrunchBang as the OS for an old Lenovo Thinkpad z60t. Mint ran fine, although it was a little sluggish on the old laptop. CrunchBang has all the features I want - a pleasing, sensible interface, audio, video, Internet, e-mail, documents. It's been a fun project for a 71-year-old. And, of course, I have much to learn to become as comfortable with CrunchBang as I am with Windows.
Thanks for providing an outstanding operating system.
